Customer satisfaction is of ultimate importance to us. If there is any problem with your order, please review our Merchandise Return Policy instructions below.
Exchange only unworn merchandise within 10 days.
All of our products are inspected and are in "Brand New" condition when purchased. Our products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Within this warranty, we will repair due to defective materials or workmanship.Please check the shipment against your invoice as soon as you receive it, and report any error within the first 10 days upon receipt.
Our return policy is 30 days.

Gina Eyewear provides replacement and /or exchange for any new product with a manufacturer's defect within 10 days of receipt.
We warrant the workmanship of the Swarovski crystal ONLY (Lenses, frames, screws, etc. are not covered by our warranty).We recommend you tighten the screws occasionally, as they tend to loosen with wear.We will not and cannot be repaired due to "Wear & Tear". The product may be repaired or replaced at our option after it is carefully inspected. Please allow up to 45 days for repairs. When sending in repairs, please include a copy of the original receipt, and briefly, indicating the problems. Please enclose your name, address and phone number.
